The 'Orange Solution' - an iconic mediation story now illustrated!
We are happy to announce the release of the children's book 'Leo, Lucy and the Orange Solution'.
It is based on the 'Orange Story', famous in mediation work to illustrate how through the power of listening two children who want a single orange can go beyond resorting to compromises and truly find a win-win solution!
Our twist on the iconic story is how the main characters take some bubble space, to relax for a short moment with their stormy feelings, to find the space in themselves to listen to each other!

BeginningMind Books Published by StoryPod!
We have signed a publishing deal with award winning storyteller Storypod, who released a very special edition of the BeginningMind series in June 2022: the BeginningMind Book Set #1, a compilation of two books: ‘Where is Mind?‘ and ‘Strong Mind’.
When your little ones tap the book on the Storypod speaker, it magically reads the audiobook to them, allowing the child to immerse even deeper into author Ziji's Rinpoche's words. Through this screen free experience, kids can spend time on their own with the books discovering the nature of mind and the fleeting nature of stormy feelings!
We’re lucky to have an evocative sound experience created by long term students of author Ziji Rinpoche. The audiobook is narrated by Indigo Mills, and is accompanied by mesmerising piano by Pete Mills, mixed by John Wright.
The BeginningMind Book Set #1 is now available to order for those in the US on Storypod’s website here!
Can Dzogchen, the highest teaching of Buddhism, be taught to kids?
Ziji Rinpoche, Dzogchen Lineage successor of Wangdor Rinpoche, has taken up the challenge by writing a book series introducing children to the nature of mind.
The BeginningMind Series was released on Amazon with a bang on the 13th November 2021, as Find Mind, Strong Mind and Where is Mind? quickly reached #1, #2, and #3 Bestsellers for new releases in Children’s Buddhism Books on Amazon.
Sharing the first page with H.H. the Dalai Lama is an honor as Ziji Rinpoche’s Dzogchen books for kids are a direct implementation of his vision of education of the heart and mind for the children of today.
‘When educating the minds of our youth, we must not forget to educate their hearts.’ - H.H. the Dalai Lama (Read more in our Press Release here)

The BeginningMind Series, written by Ziji Rinpoche in response to the children in our care, introduces and elicits strong and kind mind. The texts are written for the children and adults of today and introduce to the pith of Buddhist teachings: Dzogchen.
The books are available as hardbacks, as well as paperbacks and ebooks. You can order them here.

Pearl Collection
Through the support of our backers on our 1st Kickstarter Campaign in November 2018,
we successfully launched our first 4 books: the Pearl Collection. 'Ben Pot and the Stormy Feelings', 'Lucy Diamond: Happy Lane or Whiny Lane?', 'Ouch! Leo gets burnt and the sky doesnt fall down', and the baby book 'Always Open like Baby Skye'. Book 5 of the Pearl Collection: the Orange Solution was released in Dec 2022
Each book relates children's experience of using the magic tool: relaxing for short moments, again and again, open like the sky, an ancient Dzogchen meditation from our Lineage of Love.

Through reading these adventures, our young readers are introduced to their sky-like mind, always stable even in the midst of stormy feelings.
Children are given the tools to relax and face every day stormy feelings with solution focus and empowerment leading to mastery.
Thanks to you we are now an operating online bookstore and have books in schools and libraries in the UK, Australia and the USA
