It’s useful to have books at home that talk about stormy feelings and how to relax and choose to rest as strong mind. Often when kids have days with stormy feelings they pick these books!


They ask me to read again and again about the heroes’ stormy feelings. It provides a great platform to reflect on the stormy feelings of the day.


After sharing, it’s easier to move onto even more deep relaxation, relaxing as strong and kind mind, that feels everything and only extracts compassion and love.
